gps running watches

I am very interested to know more about your GPS running watches. I am not a very techie person. I just want a GPS watch that really works.Could you help me one that is easy to use, without those extra bells and whistles that might just confuse a guy like me? I need a product that can effectively guide me when I am just out enjoying my morning run. Thanks a lot.
